November 2012 - A triple homicide in the heart of the Western Cape Vineyards! The staff at Le Franschoek Hotel were only too relieved to have employees from the Allan Gray Unit Development Department on the premises to be given the daunting challenge of solving such a twisted tragic triangle.

Assuming their roles as CSI investigators, teams set out and scoured the area searching for any clue that could lead them to finding the perpetrator! Three murder scenes, each revealing more evidence, and sometimes more questions than answers; the hotel staff watched intently as these men and women picked their way through ID’s, cigarette butts, and Pringle’s chips, trying to make sense of such a heinous crime.

Interrogating suspects, running ballistics tests and unlocking clues were all part of this unique Beach and Bush Team Build | Corporate Team Building that required much thinking, a lot of imagination and of course, some off-the-wall wild stories of sordid love affairs gone wrong!

Even after being armed with a suspicious identikit, some teams failed to finger the culprit, and in the end, it was Team Two that got it right and managed to crack the case! All in a morning’s work!

After lunch the mystery continued, as groups were each tasked with painting a ninth of a larger picture without being able to see how the rest of it was coming along. Lines were measured and paint was splashed as time drew closer to the final revealing. A true team effort was on display in the form of a large 2x3 metre work of art that brought some giggles, but ultimately satisfaction!
